To the best of my knowledge, no. Only certain models of the big pedestal base theater xenon 16mm machines had stereo. The later run of the Eiki EX-9100 and EX-9120 had stereo solar cells installed and an optional stereo amplifier. The Elmo LX-2200 had stereo sound. In the 1980's AMC Theaters experimented with 16mm in their theaters with something they called "Project HQ" which used modified Eastman model 25 converted to large reels, xenon lamphouse, modern automation, and a 4 channel (left-center-right-surround) sound system designed by Kintek (now out of business).
